Low cost, affordable health insurance is a thing of the past. It is insured in the news almost every day, millions of people here in the United States when it comes to health insurance. This is no surprise! Health care costs have risen massively in recent years ... Doctor visits cost more, hospital services are almost criminal, and when it comes to prescription drugs, they are almost as ridiculous as the hospital services! What the hell is happening?

A large part of it, of course, is simply greed on the part of the huge companies that make their money from the average citizen. They know that insurance is something we all need and use. Part of it can be attributed to "research" on the part of the drug companies...some of it to malpractice suits driving up the costs of being a member of the medical profession. There are many reasons. But we really don't need to know about the reasons. What we need to know is, "What is the solution to the problem?"

In today's economy, with companies cutting expenses, lay-offs, high prices and hard-to-find jobs, the average Joe is taking a hit on health care coverage. The coverage itself, seems to get less and less, while the money we pay for it keeps going up and up. Paying more for less. We pay hundreds of dollars a month for insurance that covers less and less of what we need! And, of course, when we have any type of medical procedure done, we get hit again! If we happen to have a pre-existing condition, chances are we won't find insurance at any price! We may have to wait months for approval for something that needs to be done right away...and even though, they take thousands of dollars a year from our pockets, we sometimes find we're not even covered for that particular procedure to start with! It's insane!

Thankfully, there's an alternative...it's called a "professional medical savings program!" There are a lot of benefits to becoming a member of one of these guys! Number one, of course, is the cost. Instead of paying $300-$600 a month for inadequate insurance, the cost can be less than $100 a month...for the entire family! Pre-existing conditions don't matter to these guys, because they are not an "insurance" company, but rather a "savings program" that has partnered with a network of medical doctors, facilities and pharmacies to bring YOU savings! There are no claim forms to fill out...there's no waiting for "approval" from someone sitting behind a desk in a high-rise office that really doesn't care one way or another if you receive your treatment! (In fact, that's why procedures are turned down by insurance companies...it costs them money!)

But with a professional medical savings program, it doesn't cost anyone money when you visit your doctor...other than you paying for the visit! The reason behind this, is that the savings programs have contracted a set price (for each procedure) with the doctor. The doctor has agreed to perform that procedure at a reduced price for the members of the program, in exchange for the program sending him/her its members as patients. No one is reimbursed for anything...it's simply you going to your doctor, and your doctor giving you a special price because you are a member of the savings program he has already contracted with.

A good, solid, legitimate savings program will offer, not only medical savings, but dental, vision, hearing and prescription savings as well...all in one neat little package! How much would that cost with YOUR insurance company, assuming you could even get that kind of coverage? A good, solid, legitimate medical savings program will offer its members benefits that rival ANY insurance company...at a fraction of the cost!

If you have been concerned about the rising health care costs...if you've been laid off...if you have a pre-existing condition that makes it impossible for you to get insurance...if you have insurance and you're just plain ol' tired of getting stiffed for hundreds of dollars a month in premiums...take a look at a professional medical savings program! You just might be pleasantly surprised!
